These were good, I’d give them 7-8/10. Love the sauce you toss them in and I love that you really pack the meatballs with the chopped white onion. Carrots were a decent side pairing for a veggie but I almost want to much on something crunchier like an oven roasted broccoli properly crisped since there is a lot of mushy textures already with this meal. It could be that I oiled the carrots too much. These pair really well with the rice, I think I’ve tried one other HF meatballs that we loved.
