    I like these tips. Kebab for me is small whole pieces of marinated meat. But my kufta (ground spiced meat) has always been problematic drooping off the skewers. I’m going to try this next time. Thanks.

    Do you have a full ingredient list for the kabob? I use only ground chuck but the Persian restaurant next door constantly tastes better. I’m missing something.

  7. To me it’s missing basmati saffron rice, a grilled tomato, and a pad of butter and some sumac for sprinkling! So delicious

    Really helpful video, thanks for posting. I love doing kebabs like this but often do struggle getting them to stick.
