I was at COSTCO yesterday and looked at this 4-pack. It was about $56. I realized that the blender in my shopping cart cost less than that package of steaks. This is why I eat chicken.

I bought those for mother’s Day once. Best steak I’ve ever had. Reverse seared. Brought it to temp in the oven over about an hour and then seared it on an outdoor griddle.
