A disability dinners episode 1. Tomato and tortillini soup. I love this meal because it is quick, easy, and super super tasty. The only downside is it’s a little more on the expensive side because of the torillini. On medium heat, add about a tablespoon to 2 tablespoon of oil. Then add two cloves or your heart’s desire worth of garlic. I’m going add a little more cuz I like my garlic. Then sauté till golden brown. Add two cups of chicken broth. I’m using fresh stuff I made from a chicken carcass. Waste not want. Three cups of milk. Now add in two cans of condensed tomato soup. 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, and 2 tsp of Italian seasoning. Stir it all up. Turn up the heat and wait for it to come to a boil. Time to add your torillini. I always get the biggest package they have cuz I’ve got four kids. But if you want to have it smaller, make it smaller and have it be more soupy. Oh dear, it’s boiling over. or you just cut the recipe in half. I’m just use a smaller thing of torini. [Music] Now we cook this for 8 minutes or according to package directions, stirring every 2 to 3 minutes. And it’s ready. M totally. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and ding. Dinner is ready.
