Monsoon’s May. There’s nothing more comforting than dumpling soup. And this one is so delicious, so hearty, feels like a hug in a bowl. Start by chopping your veggies. Saute some ginger and garlic along with green onions. Add your chopped veggies along with bell peppers, salt, some seasoning powder, and some pepper. Saute it well with some paneer or tofu, chili oil, green onions, and your filling is ready. Make your soup by mixing together soy sauce, vinegar, some hot water, red chili sauce, chili oil, sugar, and some coriander and green onions. Make your dumplings as shown in the video by using a rice paper. Seal it tight. Let that steam for 5 to 8 minutes. Serve it with your soup and enjoy.
