Hey guys, welcome back to my channel and it’s Deb C and place to be. It’s Deboop. That’s me Deb. Hey guys, happy Saturday. Oh my gosh, it is the weekend. It is the weekend and I hope everybody is having a great weekend. I know I am. Um, so it is the what is it the second? No, no, it is the third Saturday in September if I’m correct. And that means it is the third September. So what am I making today? Today I made crockot. I made crockot um baked potato soup. I took the easy way out. I didn’t dice the potatoes. I just got a bag of frozen potatoes. I’m going to put the ingredients and the instructions in the notes in the um in the description of the video, but I have it. I already made it. I have it. I already have it. So, watch this. I’m going to show you what I did kind of and then we’re going to taste it. Okay, this is a blind. I didn’t taste it yet. So, let’s try it. But first, watch this and then I’ll be back. I’ll be back in two and two. Okay, here is just about everything we’re going to need. We’re going to need I got hash browns. Now, it’s supposed to be 32 oz. I had gotten 28 oz. That’ll be fine. I got the diced um diced potatoes, frozen diced potatoes, uh chicken broth, cream of chicken, a a ranch seasoning packet, which everything is better with ranch, and a block of Philadelphia cream cheese. The only thing I’m not showing is the bacon because we don’t have it yet. And the green onions because we don’t have them yet. and the um cheese. We just need shredded cheese and that’s in the refrigerator. So, there we go. So, let’s get to getting. So, first you add in your potatoes to your crock pot. Next is the cream of onion. Next, I added in my 32 oz of chicken broth and my packet of ranch. I’m going to stir this. Okay, so we have everything in there along with I added additional seasonings of garlic powder, salt, and pepper, a little bit of Italian seasonings, and some onion powder because I can’t left let well enough alone. So, there we go. We’re going to It says to keep it on low for 4 to 6 hours. I have it on high because I’m impatient. So, here we go. All righty. Look at this. Look at that. How nice and creamy. And she You can’t You can’t see the cheese there. Look at that cheese. Whoa. Whoa. Okay, it is done. I added in like a half a bag of shredded mozzarella. Mozzarella. Mozzarella. I also added in some chopped up bacon and some additional salt and pepper. So, there we go. Okay, guys. I’m back. Hello. And I have the soup here is waiting for me to try it. Look at that. I topped it off with some fresh cut green onions, some bacon, and listen, I don’t know about anybody else, but I love my bacon to be like crisp, crisp, crisp, crisp, like one step away from being carbon. And some and some um cheddar cheese. I’m going to give it a stir. I also listen in the notes in the in the in the notes for this, you’re going to notice that it doesn’t say anything in it about adding cheese to it. So, I added it myself. Now, typically, I would have added cheddar cheese. However, I forgot to get the cheddar cheese, so I just added some mozzarella in it. Um, today I also added some bacon in it as well. I like a lot of pepper in everything that I eat. So, let’s put some pepper. Let’s put a little tiny bit of salt. These cute little Oh my gosh, these are adorable. But these put so much salt on so quickly, this little guy. Okay, so let’s try it. And I learned that when I’m eating hot soup, I just learn to get one of our plastic spoons so I don’t burn my tongue. So I don’t burn myself. Okay. Oh my gosh. Let’s get a piece of Oh, there’s a big piece. Wait, let’s do it. Okay. Did I get some cheese? Okay. Look at that. There’s my bite. Okay. Let’s get it. That’s good. Mhm. M. That is tasty. Very creamy. Oh, that is delicious. Oh, that’s delicious. And it’s so easy because all you have to do is you get your potatoes, as you noticed, you put them in your crock pot, you put in your soups, you put in your chicken broth, your chicken stock, you put in your cream of chicken. Now listen, I put in a cream of chicken, but halfway through I noticed that it wasn’t getting like creamy enough, so I put in a second cream soup. I put in cream of celery. And then you put in your ranch packet. And you stir it around. You let that set for 4 to 6 hours on low. I put mine on high because I didn’t want to be here all day waiting for this. So, put it on high and then when you’re maybe about 30 minutes away from it being done, you cube up a block of cream cheese and you stir it in there. You um put it in little tiny pieces cuz that way it um it melts easier and melts quicker. This is absolutely delicious. It was so simple. Let’s ask Let’s ask Dolly if she likes it. Hey, Mom. Do you like the soup? Very good. She loves soup. Dolly loves soup. And the reason why I decided to make it in the crock pot is because in western Pennsylvania when it probably should be getting cooler um it’s in the 80s. I did not want to stand around sweating my bazingas off. I didn’t want it. I didn’t want underboob sweat. So tmi, but that’s why I did it. And it was so simple. And in the comments, tell me if this is something that you would enjoy. It’s very easy, very simple, very delicious. It’s so creamy, very flavorful. I added extra a little extra um a little extra seasonings, but the ranch packet in there gives it a nice taste. So, in the comments, let me know if this is something that you would try, if you would like, and how about a thumbs up if you enjoyed. Um, so listen, just remember as I always say, let’s nope. Let’s rewind. As I always say, if nobody told you yet today, you were loved, seen, and heard. Please make sure that you put love, kindness, compassion, acceptance, hope, empathy, and positivity, and understanding out there in the world. Also, let’s treat each other the way that we would want to be treated. Also, remember, kindness is free. It doesn’t cost anything. Let’s flood the world with kindness. We could all use some kindness right about now. Also, please be aware of your surroundings. Always be smart and safe. Let’s hydrate with some water, which is what I need to do. And also, if you’re in a dangerous situation, please know that Dolly and I are always sending out our love, thoughts, prayers, and positive energy so you make it through. I love you guys, and I will probably see you tomorrow. Um, for what? I have no idea. So I see you tomorrow. Bye guys. Bye. Happy September.
