7 lbs of onions and I added chuck roast for protein. Toasted some French bread and Gruyère on top. I barely have any leftovers 😩

    Did you cook the chuck roast separately then add it to the soup? I’ve been thinking of doing that and then using the liquid as the stock for the soup but haven’t figured out exactly how to go about it
