Pork Pies. Still work in progress

Thought I'd make a couple of Pork pies as a part of a Ploughman's lunch. The hot water crust came out a bit too dry I think. This is only my second attempt. Lots to improve. Put the jelly in, waiting to cool down so that it can go in the refrigerator to set.
