I’ve been a barista for a little over 2 years now. I’m confident in the quality of my milk- it’s silky and has the wet paint look. I can even do mocha art with oat, almond, and low-fat milk (this picture is with almond!). But for some reason, when I’m pouring for just a regular latte, the best I can do is a heart. My tulips and rosettas are blobby and it’s kind of embarrassing to hand out shitty artwork. I’ve pretty much given up practicing outside of to-go cups that instantly get covered :/
Anyone else have this issue? Or know tips to help? I like making cute drinks 🙁
