Pretty good burger for the price. Had better, had worse. Burger is pretty heavy on the black pepper, which I don’t mind, just something I noticed. Fries were a bit soggy but I think that’s cause I left them wrapped up in the little paper bag longer than I should have and they sat there steaming. I also enjoy calling it P’Terry’s instead of P. Terry’s.

They’re honestly unbeatable for the price. Double cheeseburger is $5.25. Regular shake is $2.85. They’re my go-to when I want a delicious burger quickly and cheaply. Culver’s is a close 2nd.

As a Californian in Texas the fast food burger place I choose to associate with Texas is PTerry’s not whataburger. Their crispy chicken sandwich fuckin slaps too.
I went to one in Austin once and thought it was pretty solid. I’ve never understood why Texans are so proud of Whataburger when they’ve got this place.

I tried for the first time going to San Antonio a few years back it’s special as unique. They make it stupid simple only a few choices on their menu, but that’s all you need easily as good as Whataburger or In-N-Out and the price point is awesome. For the record, Whataburger is best.

I’ve been to Texas for work quite often, I’m really surprised when everyone says to go to whataburger vs PTerrys. It’s worlds different and so much better to eat at PTerrys. Man shout out Texas that state has some amazing eats
