Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
• Chopped parsley
• Chopped mint
• Chopped lettuce
• Sliced bread (for frying)
• Some za’atar
For the Dressing:
• 3 tablespoons ranch dressing
• A pinch of salt and pepper
• Some lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons yogurt
• A little dill
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the chopped lettuce, parsley, and mint.
2. Cut the sliced bread into small pieces and fry them in a pan with a little olive oil until crispy. Then, add some za’atar, stir well, and let them cool. Once cooled, add them to the salad bowl.
3. For the dressing, blend all the dressing ingredients in a blender until smooth.
4. Pour the dressing over the salad, mix well, and enjoy!
