The Fried Salt Pork with Milk Gravy sounds delish. However, it’s salt pork. I’ll stick with sausage and gravy. However, recently I tried Jimmy Dean and I swear they changed that recipe for the worse.
The Pineapple Chair Set was 10 cents for the pattern then. Now it’s 3.99 and a PDF (and a reformatted design – whatever that means). Recently, I was thinking of making a pineapple table runner. This pattern was intriguing. Anyway, I have plenty of crochet books, brochures and PDFs. I think there should be a pineapple pattern in there somewhere. I can figure out the rest.
And Minnesota, thanks for these pages. I read them all!

That spiced tongue sounds fun! Almost Birria style, just without consume. And cheese and other stuff. Yummy!

I hope that woman writing in to Dorothy didn’t marry that guy. No amount of fried salt pork with milk gravy could help that situation (although it sounds pretty good otherwise).
