Ham, egg, and cheese on ciabatta for breakfast

  1. Looks nice! I’m not a huge ham guy in sandwiches at all, unless it’s Italian ham in a Italian hoagie but when it comes to breakfast sandwiches I love it. Bacon is obviously king and sausage patty is queen (sliced scrapple is whatever monarchy title follows that) but I can really get down on ham when it gets seared in the pan for maybe 30 seconds a side before assembling everything. Just quick and easy, no real clean up.
