Okay, fam. Let’s get into meal prep for the week. It’s whipped feta saziki that will inspire a bunch of different uses. If you’re like me and want to eat more raw veggies and you like saucy stuff to make it more interesting, I love making this dip because it’s high in protein, delicious, and versatile. It comes together by blending feta, Greek yogurt, garlic, and olive oil. And then just folding in grated cucumber, fresh or dried dill, lemon, sea salt, and pepper. If you want a kick, add that red pepper. Use this as a dip for veggies or as a sandwich spread. In fact, my favorite is making lamb turkey meatballs because they’re great for portion control. Dip the meatballs in the sauce for a low carb alternative or stuff them in a pa or sandwich with this whipped feta suziki. This will be a meal prep rotation favorite. You’re welcome.
