    Love flap meat, so do my wife and kids. Try marinating them in Bachan’s Japanese BBQ sauce. It’s not a thick sugar sauce, more soy sauce based but awesome flavor.

  2. I like sirloin flap much better than flank or skirt. They are also good for sous vide.

  3. Looks amazing. I need to look out for those. Also, which grid and gasket? I’m looking to replace both.
