I cannot believe that people can get their chicken to cook well on these. Drumsticks are meant for the stock pot.

I tried one of these in the oven and it wasn’t worth the trouble. It was a real pain to clean!

What I picked up by OnlyFire was their griddle plate. I use it as a heat diffuser also.

Oh man I forgot I had some like these. They don’t have the pan though, got them from academy sports. I need to do chicken lollipops soon. Always have to add foil to the knuckle to keep them in there though.

Of course it’s on sale since I paid full price. It’s kind of gimmicky anyway. The only way I like drumsticks is to lollipop them and then they fell off the rack unless I wrapped some foil around the ends. Also the tray seemed like a good idea but it deflected the heat making them harder to cook. Oh well, sits on a shelf with my fancy beer can chicken rack.

In my experience the chicken just falls apart when you use these things.
