I tried using my Joe a few weeks ago, but it threw an error stating it failed to light after 10 minutes and shut off. I came back to the entire chamber filled with unburned pellets. I didn’t think anything of it but when back to use it last night and it makes this noise. It seems like the auger is jammed. I took the cover off and have been able to remove most of the pellets. Any suggestions?
It’s a 6 month old connected Joe.

The fan blades are rubbing on something, or you spun a bearing.
Regular Joes don’t have this problem. 😛
It’s your plug in charcoal bbq reminding you that you don’t need electrics to cook with fire.
Google “konnected joe melted fan”. I don’t have one, but I assume this is what that would sound like. The first of many problems…
