How about when they don’t deliver the wrong item. It wasn’t Sysco but use to use US Foods and they would put the label on the boxes wrong and if it was busy i just read the label and did not double check. One time we got chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla and one time got chocolate cake instead of apple pies. The can goods could be worse because the box usually did not have large wording so easy to overlook

Someone recently said dining out is just seeing which restaurant can make sysco food taste better and i cant move past ot lol
