Just finished a long shift and was dead tired, so I just threw some veggies in a pot and added an egg.

Took around 25 min to make and inhaled in 25 seconds. So delicious! ✨✨

The bowl only contained 1/2 of the logged broth ingredients, by the way, so you can definitely save time on cooking another meal by just adding some protein with the remaining soup 🙂
