BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA — It’s the last weeks of summer and Rita’s Italian Ice & Frozen Custard has unveiled one last sweet treat to soak up a little more sunshine and smiles this season.
The Bensalem-based Rita’s Italian Ice has added to its “Harvest Happiness” of Apple Butter, Pumpkin Pie, and Harvest Swirl to its menu of offerings.
Rita’s new concretes capture the warmth and coziness guests look forward to this time of the year.
Apple Butter features a sweet and spiced essence of slow-cooked apples, and a hint of buttery richness. It blends Vanilla Frozen Custard with Apple Butter, Vanilla Wafers, and gooey Apple Pie filling for a dessert-like bite.
Rita’s fall menu also returns the fan-favorite Pumpkin Pie Concrete, which blends Vanilla Frozen Custard with Pumpkin Crème and Vanilla Wafers, for a spoonful of classic autumn flavor.
Then there’s the Harvest Swirl Concrete, where Apple Butter meets Pumpkin Crème, blended with Vanilla Frozen Custard.
These fall Concretes are available at participating locations for a limited time only, now through Oct. 5, while supplies last.
