A brand-new spot serving freshly made pasta has just opened in Calgary, and it’s been brought to life by the team behind some of the city’s most notable Italian restaurants.
The Little Noodle Shop — the latest project from Tony Migliarese, founder of DOPO, Bar Rocca, and Pizzaface, and Nina Snider, director of operations at the establishments — has just opened at Crossroads Market.
While the restaurants can be tricky to snag a reservation for (IYKYK), The Little Noodle Shop offers a more casual setting for Calgarians to enjoy made-to-order pasta dishes to enjoy at the market, using noodles that are made fresh every day.

Alongside its pasta, diners will be able to enjoy sides and desserts that have become synonymous with DOPO, including its pickled green tomatoes, meatballs in pomodoro sauce. and tiramisu.
There is also a variety of fresh pastas and sauces available to take home for those looking to get cozy.
The Little Noodle Shop is open Friday through Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
