    Finished dish looks amazing and the broth so unctuous, like it would coat the back of a spoon. 🙂 I might pick through the Thai basil, it looks a bit past it’s prime (unless it was hit with heat.) Mine in the garden has gone to flower at this point in the season. Craving pho’ now.
