Guys, it’s lunch time at the Shorty and we’re doing a Mediterranean orzo salad with grilled chicken. Let’s just get started. Red onion, cucumber, tomatoes, colam olives, and feta cheese. Then we’re going to start seasoning. I got olive oil. We’re going to add some red wine vinegar. After that, I like that mix of oil and red wine vinegar. To that, we’re going to put in some oregano. Of course, I got a big old pinch of salt, a big pinch of black pepper. We’re going to finish this with some nice fresh parsley. Let’s give that a nice little tossy toss. Get it all mixed up. It’s looking perfect. Tastes great. Let me show you how we do this now. Go ahead and get a few scoops in a bowl. We’ll load them up. Got some grilled chicken.
