Cambodian food at Blue Apsara on South Lamar

I've been twice now to the Blue Apsara Cambodian food trailer on South Lamar in the lot of Frond Plant Shop, and really loved the food both times. The owners are super friendly and also patient with questions about the menu. There is indoor seating and a restroom inside Frond and Desnudo Coffee is also parked there in case you need caffeine.

Everything is good, but my favorites were:

beef sticks, either the regular (comes with sticky rice and veggie pickles) or the combo (comes with sticky rice and papaya salad, one of the best papaya salads I've had in ATX.

fish amok: steamed custard-like coconut milk fish curry in a banana leaf cup

chicken curry: comes with jasmine rice or baguette
