Eat Clean Bro founder: ‘The sky’s the limit’
The Shore-based meal delivery service Eat Clean Bro has grown into a $15 million-a-year business that’s growing its brand beyond New Jersey.

We are nine days into the new year and if one of your resolutions is better eating habits or weight loss, U.S. News & World Report has released their yearly findings for 2025 Best Diets.
In their 15th edition, the multifaceted digital media company, examineded 38 diets among 21 categories with the help of 69 experts who lead in the field of: medical doctors, registered dietitians, nutritional epidemiologists, chefs and weight loss researchers.
This years list was evaulated differently with diets being rated versus ranked.
“Best Diets’ updated rating evaluation system reflects the diverse needs and goals of individuals, considering factors beyond weight loss,” said Gretel Schueller, managing editor of health at U.S. News.
According to the report, U.S. News added 12 new Best Diets categories for evaluation, all focused on specific health and lifestyle needs.
“By moving away from a ranked list of diets and nearly doubling our number of evaluated health and lifestyle categories, U.S. News aims to provide consumers with a more personalized experience as they consider their health priorities and eating goals,” Schueller said.
The Mediterranean Diet leads the pack as the most highly-rated diet across several categories. The diet consist of 40% carbohydrates, 40% healthy fats and 20% protein and follows a plant-based approach that focuses on whole grains, fruits, vegetables, beans and nuts, with extra-virgin olive oil as the main source of fat. Seafood, poultry and minimal red meat can be consumed in moderation the report stated.
