I didn’t follow exactly, I tweaked to use ingredients I had.

My marinade used skyr and kefir since I needed to use those up. I used baharat and kashmiri chiles for my marinade.

I swapped pistachios and pumpkin seeds for the almonds in the salsa!

The sauce and chicken were delicious.

My sides are saffron bulgur with some chickpeas and some lightly dressed microgreens.
