
My take on the 'viral' beef and tortilla kebabs.. Loved by all,extra crunchy.
 I cooked them slower and lower and next time I'll give them.a bit more time to  risp up on the outside.
 I filled mine with homemade kofta.
 The peppers are pimiento de padron, also delicious.
