DUBAI: Michelin two-star French restaurant Hommage is collaborating with Dubai-based Japanese restaurant TakaHisa for a special tasting menu that highlights seasonal Japanese ingredients. 

Taking place on Sept 28 and 29 at TakaHisa, the menu promises guests an unforgettable experience that takes them on a journey that reflects the chefs’ dedication to Japanese dishes. 

Guests will witness a live performance of culinary artistry as they watch the chefs carefully prepare their food. 

Chef Noboru Arai’s Hommage pays tribute to his hometown of Asakusa and his lifelong passion for French cuisine. Each plate is a heartfelt “homage” to the people, places, and memories that continue to shape his culinary vision.

Chef Arai trained extensively in France before opening Hommage in 2000. Recognized by the Michelin Guide since 2015, the restaurant has held two stars since 2018.

Renowned in Dubai for its uncompromising mastery of sushi and wagyu, TakaHisa represents the pinnacle of Japanese fine dining, drawing gourmands from across the globe.
