My Dad and his wife go to Mexico every couple months for some medical stuff (I dunno what) and he asked the owner at a taco shop for the hottest sauce they had so he could buy it for me. Its got some great flavor and pretty decent heat.

It certainly *looks* legit. What do you think it goes well with?
I get that it needs to be GREEN to match the name… but same as some of the El Yucateco varieties, do they REALLY need to use artificial colors?
To be fair, I’m absolutely assuming that the color comes from artificial coloring (for this sauce). I’d love to see the ingredients list, but the ones for this sauce I found online all have some kind of yellow/blue dye situation.
Mexico Lindo rules. All of the ones I’ve tried of theirs were very good to great.
