On spirit (new model with 2 sear section)

Got a nice thick cut at BJ’s , temp at 135 took off to get to med- (or a touch above because of the wife)

    How hot was the grill ? did you dry the steaks before grilling ?

    If you don’t pull until 135, that steak is at best medium well. In my experience of over fifty years of cooking steaks on grills that I bought with my own money.

    Sorry about the wife thing. Assimilation, separate steaks, or a different wife occurred to me. Fortunately #1 worked out over time.
