Got a nice pic of the set up developed finally. This machine does everything I could want awfully well with a few mods: dimmer for pressure profiling, pump bypass switch, LEDs above drip tray, and a PID with dual SSRs. Was a barista, trainer, and service tech for about 6 years and this gets real close to what I was used to back then.
