
Made some ciabatta Sunday and feel like they came out pretty good. This is my third time making it and it’s probably been the best result I’ve had. Made sure to knead the dough for an appropriate amount of time. Might do an extra round of stretch and folds for my next attempt. Over all good experience. Made a really good sandwich with it and the bread toasted up perfectly. Gave some loaves away and everyone loved it.

what’s with all the poking? as if all those gross squeezing videos were not enough…
You forgot to slice one open and show us that they’re 90% giant air bubbles inside—that’s the mark of real ciabatta!👍😃
Because of these videos I did it to one of my first loafs ever and replaying it I noticed I cracked my bread every single squeez….
