I’ve been eating plant-based for years and my biggest gap wasn’t recipes—it was consistent protein without juggling labels, apps, and spreadsheets.

So I built a small plant-based protein toolkit to make planning simpler. sharing in case it helps:

  • Protein Directory: protein per 100g and per common serving for hundreds of vegan foods (tofu, tempeh, legumes, seitan, grains, alt-milks, etc.).
  • Protein Tracker: a super-quick daily log to see how you’re doing vs your target.
  • Protein Target Calculator: personalized daily grams based on bodyweight/age/goals.
  • Food Comparison: put two foods side-by-side to pick the better swap for your meal (e.g., tofu vs tempeh, chickpeas vs lentils).
