    Paccheri in a hollandaise thinned with po d’acqua sauce with asparugus:

    Make hollandaise. Thin with po d’acqua. Keep warm.

    Blanch asparagus, then keep warm.

    Cook paccheri.

    Toss pasta in pan with sauce, add aspargus, plate. Plate with chopped chives, ceyenne, Parmigiano Reggiano, extra sauce.
