This Turkish pasta went viral for a reason. Let me show you how I make mine. I seriously can’t stop eating it. So, the way that I make my ground beef is probably not traditional because I cook a big batch at the beginning of the week. So, I have plenty to use in different meals. It’s super versatile and I’ll leave the seasoning measurements in the caption for you guys. I also like to marinade red onions with sumach and lemon juice. And I eat this throughout the week as well, but it is so good. Don’t skip it. For the yogurt sauce, I love my garlic, so I do add an entire clove, but you can definitely add less. Best part of this dish is the butter sauce. And I like to add tomato paste to mine. Let everything toast up before you add the butter. Just trust me on this. It is so good. Layer all those ingredients and you are in for a treat. Let me know if you try this and don’t forget to follow for

This is my take on the viral Turkish pasta! I love the contrast of the cool garlicky yogurt with the warm Smokey butter. Plus, it’s super easy to prep the ground beef ahead of time so when you’re ready to eat, it comes together fast for an easy and delicious lunch or dinner.
Turkish Pasta
✨cooked pasta of choice(I toss mine in garlicky butter)
✨garlicky yogurt
✨seasoned ground beef (I use lean)
✨smoked butter sauce
✨cherry tomatoes
✨fresh parsley
✨sumac onions
Layer pasta, garlicky yogurt, ground beef, tomatoes and fresh parsley then drizzle with butter sauce. Top with sumac onions and enjoy!
Seasoned Ground Beef
✨1lb lean grass fed ground beef
✨1/2 tablespoon avocado oil
✨1 small onion, finely minced
✨2 cloves garlic, minced
✨2 green onions, chopped
✨1 teaspoon garlic powder & onion powder
✨1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
✨1 tablespoon soy sauce
Sauté oil and onion until translucent. Add garlic, green onions, and ground beef. Once browned, stir in seasonings and soy sauce. Cook until no longer pink. Taste and adjust salt. I always keep this meal prepped in my fridge because I use it for so many quick lunches throughout the week, including my cottage cheese bowls!
Garlicky Yogurt sauce (1 serving)
✨1/2 cup Greek yogurt
✨1 clove of garlic zested
✨juice of 1/2 lemon
✨salt to taste
Combine all of the ingredients and let sit for a few minutes to mellow out the garlic flavor. Make sure you taste it because it usually needs more salt than you think it does!
Smoked butter sauce
✨1 teaspoon tomato paste
✨1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
✨1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
✨2 Tablespoons butter
Toast tomato paste, paprika, and chili flakes over medium heat for 1 min, stirring often. Add butter and simmer on low for 1 min.
Sumac onions
✨1 small red onion thinly sliced
✨juice of 2 lemons
✨1 Tablespoon sumac
Combine and marinate for as long as possible
Good Morning! Would you try this?!
Thanks!

I made this last night with your recipe, and it was absolutely delicious! My husband said it was a 10/10, and I agree! Thank you for the great recipe. Including soy sauce made the beef nice and savory.
