Let’s make classic tabuli. Finally, chop two bunches of curly parsley by hand. Skip the food processor. It bruises the herbs. Add in two diced tomatoes, two chopped green onions, and a few spoons of fresh mint. Squeeze in the juice of one lemon. Drizzle a/3 of a cup of olive oil. Then, season with salt and pepper. Toss it all together, and you’ve got a bright, refreshing salad that goes with everything.
