I thought I'd share with this community because I experimented with a silky pumpkin diplomat cream tucked inside golden, flaky croissants… and the results were outrageous. Buttery layers that shatter when you bite in, and then that smooth pumpkin cream just melts into everything. There isn’t anything I don’t like about this photo…from the golden croissant to the pumpkin cream oozing out to the drizzle of glaze to the plate (yes, even the plate!)!!! If your Pumpkin Cream Croissants taste as good as they look, they must be spectacular…WOWZA! 😍🔥😋🫶
