  1. 🍝 Lunch: [Pasta with vegetable meat sauce](https://www.budgetbytes.com/spaghetti-with-vegetable-meat-sauce/) by Budget Bytes (8-10 servings)
    -Doubled the recipe and made 4 larger portions for my husband, and 5 for me with broccoli. I used Barilla protein pasta, and roasted a bag of frozen broccoli tossed with olive oil and steak seasoning in the oven. Eaten alongside Too Good yogurt (first time trying this brand, loved it)

    🍲 Dinner: [5-ingredient white chicken chili](https://www.gimmesomeoven.com/5-ingredient-easy-white-chicken-chili-recipe/) by Gimme Some Oven (8-10 servings)
    -Doubled the recipe and started by sautéing a couple chopped yellow onions and some garlic before following the recipe as is. This recipe is so easy, especially if using a rotisserie chicken, and tastes amazing. Topped with chopped green onions, jalapeño, avocado, and served with chips, and with lime squeezed in. Also great with some Greek yogurt/sour cream.

    🥂 Extras: Spindrift Nojito to enjoy after lunch, and Oikos yogurt for nighttime snacks
