I was excited to try. The burnt caramel ice cream flavor was hard to detect. (TBF, one of my favorite ice creams is Jeni’s salty caramel. No comparison as Jeni’s is far better. Different league!) the brownie was good. I didn’t taste the pastry cream part.
I ate quite a bit but decided not to finish. Not worth the calories. 4/10.

I feel like this is lacking mix-ins…
omg yesss. i also tried this one after seeing all the hype about it and I was completely let down. usually i know better than to let reddit influence my opinion on ice cream butttt i decided to give them a chance 😭 .
Yeah, many have been suckered by the influencer campaign. Add yourself.
I like it. But I do not like salty ice creams so adding that would make it an immediate negative for me. I like the brownie pieces in it, I think they’re a good texture and chocolaty enough without being overly sweet. So more for me!
I sprinkled salt in mine… microwaved it for 10 seconds and mixed. Turned out great.
I’ve seen a lot of people say that they couldn’t detect any pastry cream swirls. That’s honestly disappointing to hear because Ben and Jerry’s is best known for being generous with their mix-ins. So this flavor is basically a mild caramel ice cream with brownies. That doesn’t sound all that appealing tbh.

Agreed. Doesn’t hold up to the expectations built on this sub. Brownies were nice but u couldn’t taste the ice cream because of them
Ok, I finally tried this a few weeks ago and I actually liked it. I’m normally a huge fan of mix ins, but I felt the lack of in this one was refreshing. I really enjoyed the flavor of the flan ice cream as well.
It was ok, I enjoyed it, and I would happily get it again. But there are definitely better flavors available
