Tried lindustrie yesterday for the first time
And I have mixed opinions. Had the New Yorker, the reg pepperoni, and two white slices.

The tastes is def solid. The New Yorker and pepperoni slices were def flavorful. The New Yorker I liked the most. You can taste the tomato paste, and it def tasted fresh. Tomatoes had a very rich taste. The white slices were ok. I’ve had better white slices where the ricotta tasted rich. The white slices were prob the weakest slices. Seems like they were rationalizing dough to save on costs lol. Literally like cardboard.

Overall, this place is overrated. The crust is too too too thin. It was like eating cardboard. I understand crusty, thin slices (I love crusty slices) but this was like they were trying to skim on dough or something. Good dough makes up a good pizza and this just tasted too gimmicky to be considered as one of New Yorks best. Two slices prob equate to one solid nyc slice.

There was a line outside, and this was on a Sunday, which is fine. But this wasn’t worth the wait. I put this up there with Joes as overrated tourist trap pizzas. Give it a 6 out of 10.
