Oliver’s Market, Out to Lunch Catering and The Fountaingrove Inn won top

honors in the professional food competition at this year’s Sonoma County

Harvest Fair.

Oliver’s Market in Cotati was the Sweepstakes winner in the desserts category

for overall excellence in desserts. In Sweepstakes competition for appetizers,

Out to Lunch of Petaluma won the restaurant/caterer division for its seafood

appetizer, while in the hotel facility division, The Fountaingrove Inn in

Santa Rosa won the Sweepstakes for its game poultry and cold vegetable

appetizers.

Winners were announced at Saturday’s Harvest Fair Awards Night. The fair is

this Friday through Sunday at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds.

Basque Boulangerie of Sonoma won the most gold medals in the annual

competition, receiving 15, followed by Food For Thought of Santa Rosa, which

won 14 gold medals.

The fair’s Best of Show winners included:
