Ain’t this too good to put down? [Music] I got the stop underneath the whole thing. [Music] Welcome back to a country boy can cook. Another ice cream recipe. chocolate ice cream. This time we’re gonna try to do a soft serve. Same ingredients almost that I made the ice cream for the little vanilla bars the other day, except the addition of chocolate syrup and no vanilla. So, let’s get the milk in. [Music] Got one cup. Easy recipe. and it turned out great on the vanilla bars. So, 114 jar of Eagle brand. I used Great Value sweet and condensed milk. And make sure you get all this goodness out of here. Heck, you might could just freeze the Eagle brand. I’m not sure. All right. Get you two tablespoons of uh I use light corn syrup. I I guess you could use regular. I don’t know. I’ve never tried it. Just the light. It’s all I’ve tried. And this is a tablespoon. I’m not going to get too technical on it. How’s that? And we’re going to throw a little shake of salt in on this one. Just a touch to offset the sweetness. Get my spoon cleared off because the chocolate’s going to go in next. And we’re going to put about 2 tablespoon of chocolate. or somewhere there close. Anyway, this is chocolate syrup. There’s one tablespoon. There’s two tablespoons. And a little extra because I’m a chocolate fan. Get the spoon cleaned off. Get all the chocolate and the eagle brand off of it. Don’t want to miss anything in the recipe. All right. And like before the other day, hey, get your high-tech shaker. No blender needed. I mean, if you had one, I guess you could use it if it’s handy, but you just got to clean it up. This glass jar, the pickle jar is easy to clean up. And I’m not going to freeze these in the uh bars with a stick. I’m going to freeze them in a container and see if it’ll scoop out. I I’m I’m thinking it will. I think that the mixture will be great for that. I got a Dairy Queen spoon. Let me taste of this. Tastes like really good chocolate ice cream. Shake it one more time. And boys and girls, it’s mixed up. I’m thinking this container right here will be perfect. Oh yeah, that’s going to be perfect to scoop it out of. I’ve got a lid somewhere I’ll put on this and put it in the freezer. I’m going to try to remember to get this out this afternoon and do a taste test on it for you. The other day I left it and I was going to taste it four hours later. It was the next afternoon. You know, life got in the way. But, uh, I’ll make sure I’ll set me I’ll set a note in a reminder. Check this in four hours and bring it out and we’ll see if it’ll scoop. I’ve got a Let’s see. Where’s my little ice cream scooper here? Yeah, I can just see a big scoop of chocolate coming out of there. So, see you back uh three, four, five hours, something like that. See you back this afternoon for sure. All right, let’s finish out this video. Let’s check this ice cream and see if it’s soft serve. It’s been about 4 hours. So, let’s get a bite. See if it’s scoopable. I’m just going to use a regular tablespoon. Oh, yeah. I’ll scoop it this direction. You can see it. And I don’t know if you can hear that. That’s my alarm set to check this ice cream. So, as you can see, it scooped up perfect. It’s just like a soft serve. And of course, you know what the next thing is? I got to have a bite. We just got through with dinner having grilled catfish. Let’s get a bite. [Music] That’s a wonderful chocolate ice cream. My goodness. A little bit of ice crystal in it, but not bad. So, if you want a non-churn ice cream recipe that’s easy, make this freeze it. This has been in I guess four hours now. That was my alarm going off while ago. And u make this recipe.   2. I use same ingredients except never used white karo, I put 3 or 4 tablespoons of cool whip in it and usually keeps it from forming ice chrystals
