Hi! Do we have any stores in Toronto that sells these kinds of egg in-store?
I have found several websites that sells them but unfortunately they all don’t deliver to my area or charge an insane amount of delivery fee.
Thanks!

What area?
Your best bet might be a farmers market. If you’re in the east end, you could also try Fresh from the Farm.
Rowe farms sometimes carries these
Fresh from the farm at Donlands and O’Connor sells Murray’s eggs. You can also check Murray’s farm website to see when they will be at farmers markets
Kingsway’s Meat Market in the BWV carries them.
What part of the city are you in? A friend of mine has a small farm outside of Toronto and brings in eggs once a week for sale, these colour mixes.
St jamestown chops has the heritage eggs that look like this
There are farmers’ markets all over they city where you can get fresh eggs:

They’re always at Brickworks or Allan Gardens on Saturday
Fiesta farms
