A new Italian patisserie is set to open its doors in Nantwich.
La Dolce Vita Pasticceria, on Church Lane, should be open in less than two months after a refurbishment of the premises is completed.
The premises has been empty for a while, but was previously home to former dine-in outlets such as Olea and Relish.
Owner Manuela has been running her La Dolce Vita Pasticceria stall at Nantwich Market for many years selling a range of authentic Italian desserts.
Now she is branching out to set up a permanent home – which will also include a new coffee and tea room.
She said: “For years, we have delighted visitors at the Nantwich market every Thursday and Saturday and at events across Manchester, Liverpool, and the wider Cheshire area.
“The shop at 3 Church Lane has been secured and will open its doors in less than two months, once final touches and minor refurbishments are complete!”
The Italian patisserie will offer take-away and dine-in service, selling traditional Italian pastries, classic Italian hot dishes (tavola calda), Italian-style aperitifs, homemade artisanal panettone, custom cakes and fresh desserts to take away.
Manuela says all products are fresh and handmade from a family of Italian chefs.
La Dolce Vita Pasticceria has previously been a winner in the “Great Taste Awards”.
