In a bowl, combine 85 gram, 1/4 cup honey, 15 ml, 1 tspoon apple cider vinegar or white vinegar. 30 ml to tablespoons olive oil. 60 g/4 cup dijon mustard. Salt to taste about 2 to 3 g. 1/4 teaspoon pepper, one teaspoon minced fresh garlic or garlic powder, one teaspoon oregano. Mix well. Add one teaspoon chili flakes for extra heat. Optional. [Music] Place two large chicken breasts about 500 to 600 g in total in an oven safe dish. Pour sauce over them. For extra flavor, pierce the chicken with a fork before baking to let the sauce infuse.
