Need help identifying an iconic Chicago dessert?

Someone gave a friend this baby blanket with all iconic Chicago things on it (the Bean, Hancock, Rainbow Cone, etc). There’s something that we assume is a dessert but can’t figure out what it’s supposed to be. Does anyone know?
