Made Sally’s chewy chocolate chip cookies for the first time. Chilled the dough overnight. So easy, so good. Another winner. She’s never steered me wrong.

She always steers me wrong💀😂 it’s Natasha’s kitchen who is always my fool proof guide. Love her recipes

  3. I thought this said “sadly I did it again” and was momentarily confused. They look so perfect and delicious!

These look great! Did you use measuring cups? I always use a food scale, and whenever I make this recipe they come out thin. My guess is you used more flour. Maybe I should try that!

Every single thing I’ve baked with Sally’s, has been a huge success. Her pumpkin cinnamon rolls are my favorite

I didn’t compare the recipe from the book to the one posted on the website to see if there were any alterations, but these are insanely good.

I’m definitely going to buy her book. I like baking gluten free and have been able to adapt all her recipes just by swooping out the flour. Absolutely amazing! The fact she has weights in grams for an American author is great. I find mostly British authors do this. But it makes substitutions much easier.

These are my go to! I substitute the vanilla extract for cinnamon, omg so good. Sometimes I roll them in cinnamon sugar to make chocolate chip snickerdoodles

Has anyone made this recipe but with browned butter? If so, do you add in any water/an ice cube

In the age of AI generated, born to fail recipes, Sally’s is the first website I will always recommend to new bakers who want good, quality recipes with detailed and easy to follow directions. Her recipes are always tried and true and easy to follow.

My husband makes these with a bit of cinnamon and walnuts and they are the perfect cookie.

  19. I recently made my first Sally recipe – chocolate chocolate chip cookies. Probably the best cookies I’ve ever made. Can’t wait to try these next.

I just made her iced oatmeal cookies. May have saved my marriage.

I modified one of Sally’s recipes. I add more dark brown sugar & one extra egg.

Then after pulling from oven drop cookie sheet on counter top.

Final product is chewy, soft with crispy edges all at once. The cookies are better days later too.

    Beautiful cookies!!

When I need a recipe that I know is going to hit it out of the park with no adjustments needed, I look to Sally. She never fails!

If you have time, absolute try her brown butter chocolate chip cookies. They’re *so* good. I make a full batch and freeze the pre-portioned dough to eat one or two at a time.
