[Music] It always seems like a race of the finish when having a tomato garden in September. So to take full advantage, I make a batch of my roasted tomato and garlic soup. I place tomatoes, garlic, and onion on a tray. Then I drizzle everything with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and then place in a 400°ree oven for 40 minutes until nice and roasted.
