Hope you are sober now and doing better. Addiction is a bitch.

Knocking out 3 of your 5 a day in one go.

Mix up some fish in there, throw in some seasoning and you’ve got yourself a banging dish

Honestly impressive because that’s fairly nutritious, probably more so than McDonald’s

Pretty healthy as far as addiction meals go, very glad you’re doing better though.

You know that like a 1/3rd of the way to a really solid meal, just add some rice and some chicken!

But good job homie i’ve been off opiates since 2016 keep at it

I recently got sober and still eat canned peas, they are delicious with some seasoning to jazz it up

I’m sorry I read the title of post three times, your addiction was peas and carrots?

I know you said you had no groceries but i have a great store cupboard recipe for this frozen veg: 2 spoons of lao gan ma chilli oil, fry for 30 seconds to get the oil hot, then in with the frozen veg, fry for a couple of minutes to defrost and drive the water off, add in some cooked noodles like ramen or soba, and a drop of the noodle water. You can top with protein or other things, put some meat or gyoza etc in there, add sesame seeds or green onions etc etc etc. But just the noodles, veg and chilli oil make a good lunch dish!
