  1. Not a recipe but a list of ingredients for my version:

    Soffritto: onion, carrot, celery; garlic (later)

    Meat: minced pork, minced beef (equal parts)

    Sauce: olive oil, white wine, chicken stock, Parmesan rind, a can of tomatoes, a small bottle of passata, squeeze of tomato purée, bay leaf, thyme, dried oregano, salt, pepper. Splash of cream near the end.

    I’m sure I will have forgotten something.
